How to use TradePex Lightning

Step 1.

All about your PEX Take your PEX. Place the PEX ring over the pipe. The ring is designed with a stopper to prevent it from slipping down the pipe.

Step 2.

Expand your PEX The Milwaukee Expansion tool is all you need. Complete about 6 or 8 expansions.

Step 3.

Fit your PEX Make sure you push the fitting into the PEX as far as it will comfortably go. You’ll have a bit of time to make any adjustments before the pipe shrinks back to its original size, securing the fitting. If the expanded PEX has shrunk too much, just expand it again.
